If XRP has such a hard time breaking $1, why

are people so confident (obviously, not everyone) that it will hit it's ATH again or $5, $10, etc.? At some point, I think there needs to be acceptance that there's a possibility that this is about as good as it's going to get. I'm just not seeing anything in the news that gives me any confidence it will break out.

No definitely not, i believe in facts. And the only way it would happen if eco system of xrp (songbird, flare etc) is more used then eth. Almost every shitcoin and semi-stable ones are on eth ecosystem thats why eth is so high in marketcap. Currently you dont have to own xrp to invest in eth chain coins. Thats reason 1. Reason 2. We need huge liquidity if we want to be the number one. I am not talking about whales with millions or billions but trillions investments so that would be banks and not people.
