has been successfullu verified, they ask me to send a video of myself holding my id car and repeat my name and the date,

Is there any other way to fully verify my account as a deaf and dumb??

I highly doubt that will happen. The funds are yours. They are required to comply with anti-laundering laws, and probably a $100k tx flagged their systems. I don't know what the email you got says, but I can guess: you're being asked to prove the source of funds I believe? All financial institutions on the cefi space are required to comply to such laws, this isn't just specific to Nexo. Assuming you can prove the source of your funds (which I believe is the hold-up now), you should have nothing to worry.

Calm down dude, nexo is a certified professional organization. If support is notified through official communication just wait it’s fine. Real question is why you worry about freezing or whatever, did something out of line? If not relax

Be in the drug trafficking business, use crypto to launder lol 😉 That's why such checks happen. Especially when you routinely transact low volumes, then you have a huge withdrawal. Breaks the pattern, see? (had this exact situation happen to me when I attempted to withdraw a high enough amount to replace my car)
