Do you know what BRICS is trying to do? They want to break away from the USD and not have anything to do with the USA. The main countries would be unlikely to use any USA technology. Pretty obvious dont you think? Or too hard to break that XRP maxi mindset? Here is some research for you on the background. And so what does that have to do with them using XRP as an international settlement crypto? XRP is not based on US Dollar dominance, it's not tied to the US dollar. It is a replacement for the Swift settlement system, and is not currency specific.

It's business. They're buying a technology that (ok) has been developed in USA but can't be controlled by their Government. Let's be right, theres an area of the USA government that wants to break it.
