So banks, etc could be serreptitiously accumulating without us knowing until suddenly it starts being used by them, and all of a sudden the price goes nuts!

you can look at the richlist to find out if there are massive wallets 'accumulating' ... but I doubt so tbh, looks rather like there was a notable amount of selloffs since the lawsuit result

Buying directly from Ripple is illegal, per the latest SEC ruling.but banks buying huge volumes from wxhanges apone will alwaus suppress price since the transactions will create strong TA support abd resistance levels.
