Did you already contact their Customer Support?

This is what they said. I am back, and I appreciate your patience. I've checked the transfer and I see what's going on here. Sadly, this beneficiary is no longer supported, and you won't be able to transfer money to this bank account. It happens due to internal security reasons, and we won't be able to share the full logic behind it. I'm sorry for any trouble this might cause you, and thank you for your understanding!
