Hi Nexo, a couple of questions that didn’t get answered

on the subreddit:

1/ For non-USA clients like me (based in the EU), after I deposit coins onto Nexo I am not the beneficial owner anymore, correct?

2/ In case of a bankruptcy, Nexo owns the title to my coins, or will customer assets be segregated/kept separate from Nexo's estate?
