(don't think it is problem on side of nexo... czech customers are forwarded from amazon cz to amazon de and there are probably issues connected...) but as part of my first order I clicked on activating prime for 30 days free of charge and now I got an email that my card is gonna be charged... I am already on track of solving the issue with amazon support but as the support has not yet prooven usefull I think that freezing my card is a good precaution (already did so) and I am wondering if I desteoy my phisical nexo card (that was used) if I will be able to reorder it free of charge? Otherwise I would be forced to use alternatives...
