Look the incompetent team was unable to bring the good projects to this ecosystem. They just wasted the money here and there. All bullshit. Atleast in dao decentralized , the voting process will be unanimously. No chance of error. But now the ceo and team neither wants to handover it to the dao nor does they want to work. They are too lazy. And greedy. I think . Like they are waiting for some kind of miracle to happen . Which is not going to happen.
