The best thing to do is to create a wallet in yoroi for example and send all your ADA there, then look for a Pool in the delegate section, I recommend you to choose a small Pool and not a farm, the best thing would be to choose a small pool from this community.

Yoroi is very good, but sometimes it has synchronization problems and lacks features that other wallets already have, but I recommend yoroi if you are only going to accumulate and staking otherwise I do not recommend it, you can also try eternl.io but it can scare you with so many functions.
