The next best thing i want to happen to xrp is it to be accepted as my daily payments method, replacing fiat. Just imagine going to other countries without the hassle to convert your cash to certain other currencies. We are heading there but not so soon

won't happen. Why would any country use privately issued tokens as a currency? What might happen at some point is that you can use it in the background, like Strike in the US already uses Bitcoin for payments since a couple of years. You pay with USD, but it's based on Bitcoin. Might eventually be possible with XRP too in case its usage increases.

It's not that ISO20022 will use XRP, its XRP is us...

yes, it's just a 'transmission standard', but not requiring XRP. A document explaining it is linked in the pinned FAQ.

Who knows one day, Honda already accepted xrp as a form of payment, the recent dubai partnership might evolve to something interesting. If not now, then probably in the future. Dont have to be country wide, and likely won't in forseen future. But hey, u can now buy a Honda in japan and another one in the UK, using the xrp in our wallet. Other companies might follow suits one day

Honda doesn't offer XRP 'as money' specifically, but integrated a payment system offering a whole list of 'crypto' that can be used and that's converted to USD at the backend.

Well it a start to a new dawn. Currently i buy using xrp too some of my stuffs.. But of course its between two dudes understanding the value of cryptocurrencies

These are just businesses, and the value is acknowledged between these parties. But i don't think governments will acknowledge these as money unless they have absolute control of it and its minting.

So you dont think xrp price will skyrocket to hundreds of dollars when iso20022 will be used? I thought that all the Banks in the world will then use the token off ripple once it will be used

So if i understand it right, the xrp price will not skyrocket? Because thats what i was thinking, that once iso20022 will begin the price of the currencies will explode because it will be used? You understand what im trying to say?

Me? No, I am not one of those believers in $$$× per coin, sorry. If it gets to ath + a bit of a blow off top at peak I think XRP holders should be thankful for that.

It's not that ISO20022 will use XRP, its XRP is using ISO20022 formatted datasets. ISO20022 is a data standard structure for sending financial transactions, that's all. Why would these other compliant cryptos need XRP? They already are capable of sending transactions in this ISO20022 compliant format.
