Thanks for the link. Do I get it right that it was 4,17% for 3 months? Means when I participate in all 4 staking periods per year I can expect an APR of around 16%?

It's 4.17% for the entire year. Each three month quarter would be a fourth of that, so around 1.04% for each three month period. I would recommend Defi governance though which had a much higher APR, and a three month reward around 3.55% last period.
