there is no way to store hot on a generated address independently?

I was more interested in being able to generate my own hot wallet and send my coins there. Similar to what ripple, LTC and btc offers (just to name a few) - I think it might be a good idea for something like that to be developed if there isn’t an option to do it right now as it will give users more control over their assets and they will be less inclined to load them off as price increases.

I really like the project. Would be nice if there were user friendly tutorials on how to use holochain and /or an interface created by devs to make creating on holochain much more easier (kinda like wix) so to get more business oriented people involved in the projects.

Flow project seems to have devs take part in creating spaces for users to sell their NFT’s for example. Would be nice if users were supported in a similar way.

There is plenty of info and live’s on holochain however it seems a bit grey (even though it’s quite informative) - if we were able to make holochain so easy to use that a 10 year old could use it would be ideal. It will make it so much more adaptable. Most projects don’t have 10% of holochain use cases however they seem to do much better because they have a very simplified approach.

Didn’t mean to write all this, one thing led to another lol

I just feel like there is huge potential in holochain but needs a sprinkle of interface change to allow ease of use on the front end… I mean at least some features to begin with (maybe something like a market place of selling buying goods via hot or holo fuel) - or an NFT marketplace. It feels currently as if Holochain relies on users to be devs in order for them to take advantage of the blockchain which alienates a lot of people.(including my self).

A slightly different approach will change holochain dramatically. It’s time we took the baby wheels off and gave it some life. Not really focused on price action but more of us being able to utilise holochain on a day to day basis (us meaning users)

You have to remember that these are just the early days for Holochain. Also be aware that Holochain is the underlying technology upon which web 3 applications and currencies are built. To date there are no mature web 3 apps, but things like ACORN are pretty close, and the user interface is nice and modern. It wont be long before you see an explosion of Holochain apps with slick GUI's There are no architectural constraints on how rich the GUI can be. Long story short. The platform has been created and Its up to the application developers to make nice interfaces.
