I think the key question for me, regardless of calculation,

is whether FET, as an organisation, brings more than double the value of AGIX to the future organisation. I'm having a hard time seeing that. I get that they did a better job of marketing, and to be fair SingularityNET needs to reflect on themselves how a copycat out performed them, but I don't think they add enough value to justify FET holders representing more than the other two put together in the new org.

I can see that the agents have value, and I would guess that Ben is keen to get them on the marketplace as SNet has struggled in this area, but are they worth double the implementation of opencog, which has a fighting chance to be the first proper AGI? Not convinced, need to think a little more.

I would say that of the three, and noting all 3 would take a confidence hit in case of a no vote, SNet are strongest placed to walk away. What they bring to the table is more challenging to duplicate than what the other two bring, especially FET. Just my two cents.

Again the value of agix don’t mean anything

I agree on these points, but where I find some comfort is that each company will remain their own legal entities, just driving their efforts towards a generally shared common purpose.

Well okay u either didn’t read my previous comments or don’t understand it.

Interesting, I like to hear not value related feedback. I am not knowledgeable enough to comment but you raise some good points.
