Well how was that working before? We were doing great by ourselves. You seem to forget that even now from your perspective we are taking away some competitors it also means now we require 2x the capital as before to getting the same X’s. FET needed 10.5B to be at 9.30 With ASI we will need 22.5B to reach the same target.

Might open your economy books and read them, it's the basic about take over and mergers. Gain market share and increase the value for shareholders. Maybe that will set your mind at ease instead of ventilating here without proper knowledge of what's really happening.
