Hi Gopi, currently all support requests from Telegram (@iotexbot) and from email (support@iotex.io) are routed to the same system and managed by 2 people (and I take a look once a day for more complex issues). Currently I see only 7 requests that have not received an answer. Are you referring to some specific request?
