I think you got it wrong. Reward are not 1:1, the people that went in early get higher APY, as more people stake it gets lower. The reward will continue per block and it will auto compound those reward once a month.

would the APY remain fixed ? e.g. for those that got in early would they receive the same APY for the entire 4 years? or will their APY reduce to be even with all others once pool is closed?

sorry just trying to understand, if the rewards are 20m and the max pool size is 20m then once the pool is full, the auto-compounding makes no difference?

Yeah I think once the pool is full each time it autocompounds the APY will drop

Why wouldn't it? For example month 1 passes and you get 10 token as reward, it will auto compound and then month 2 you get 10 token again and it compounds again.

not sure i understand, so if for example 20m maximum to be staked, and rewards are 20m, if the pool was 20 months to keep things simple, the rewards would be 1m per month, that means after one month the amount staked would be 21m (after auto compounded) and the remaining rewards would be 19m right? thanks
