I need some help. I am trying to pair a

Ledger Nano X to my cc vault, but when I get the message "Please unlock your Ledger Device and "Open the Cardano app before proceeding" and I click "Next", I get the message in Dutch "Plaats je beveiligingssleutel en activeer deze om verder te gaan" (which means something like "Place your security key and activate it to continue". I get the messsage on the Ledger ' Waiting for Commands" and nothing happens. Anyone here to give me some tip on how to handle this?
