on the Ethereum mainnet. Now I can use AllianceBridge to send these LINK tokens to another network (for example, BSC or Polygon). Then I get a wLINK version on the respective blockchain. So far so good. But my question is: What can I do with it then?
You can see the bridge more as wrapper right now. This is another process than other bridges which are working with liquidity pools on each side of the bridge. If you create a token contract with the AllianceBridge there has to be liquidity pegged to this asset you just created. So no that is not what you want to do ;)
