?
I did a swap Ada for Pavia.
It said trx fee 0.21.
But Ada minus 4.7 & I get back only 2 Ada..
So total fee is 2.7 on every swap ?
There are to kinds of fees involved here: The transaction fees imposed by the network and the fees by Pavia.
The network transaction fees are by transaction size in bytes and are typically in the range of 0.2 ADA. What Pavia (or the exchange, where you buy them) does is totally their business.
I swap from sundaeswap. 2.5 is scooper fee i think.. Expensive..
Yeah, it also tells you in the details, before you submit the swap in the SundaeSwap interface. And yes, it is not cheap.
At first glance, the fees are less, but you always have to look at everything together: Fees, prices, how long it takes and how certain a successful swap is. They both work totally differently. SundaeSwap uses liquidity pools, where you can always swap at the current price (if it is not too far from your order). MuesliSwap uses an order book, where you can accept a given offer or put your own in the book and have to wait for someone to accept or match it.
