He means that Do Kwon said the yield will continue to be funded for the next 2 years. Meaning funds repeatedly added. Which is what makes these constant frantic proposals to save the yield a bit absurd.

Where the money Will come from?

Probably something similar to the $10 billion they plan to use to buy bitcoin with. There's no reason to assume that a company that bought $2.2 billion worth of bitcoin in like the last 6 weeks, won't be able to fund the yield as claimed.
