admins. What happen when the supply goes to $0, It wont give us Interest any more for the savings in stake ?

But they cant just keep refilling t for ever. In coming bear market they will stop the refill, APY goes down UST Adoption decreases. Doesnt it increases this risk depegging of UST.

Not really as long as people understand it and the decrease takes enough time. 10-15% apr on ust should be sustainable, and I don’t see why it will cause a deppeging event, it’s an amazing apr on stables.

What i am thinking is that if the apy goes too low (to the point that other platforms are more profitabkle) then a lot of funds will fly out of anchor, causing a drop in the LUNA price itself.

other platforms offer nice apy on ust so ust will still be a. thing

Even without the extra incentives anchor offers a better product as the collateral is staked assets. The apr is composed of both borrowers payments & the assets staking rewards. I don’t see how a different project can offer a better sustainable yields for the long term. Again, as long as the process is slow enough and people understands it, no reason for it to happen.

Amm depends what are you looking to be exposed to. I’m not a financial advisor so please do your own research, but I like: Pylon (I’m biased on that one), Mars, kinetic, Astroport and few others. There are a lot out there so you got a lot of research to do 😅. oh, and welcome aboard! It’s an amazing ecosystem! And be carful of scammers, they are everywhere! An admin will never Dm you and you should only accept answers for an official group (and even then double check it)

The apr will change to whatever anchor generates without the yields (currently around 11%). But they will most likely just fill it up again, for now it’s worth for the VCs to invest that money and fill it up as they gain more when ust gets adopted.
