No, you can't. Would also defeat the purpose of a hardware wallet – secrets never leaving it. You would need to send all assets to the new Ledger wallet.

You tell Yoroi (or any other wallet app) to connect to the Ledger and it will then request the public key from the Ledger and for all transactions ask the Ledger to sign it.
The wallet is determined by the seed phrase the Ledger gave you (and that you hopefully stored safely and securely, but offline). You can restore the same wallet to another Ledger with that seed phrase.
