Is it still impossible to update daedalus on a linux

install ?

That is, whenever daedalus updated, I always had to remove the old version, and the data directories, and restart sync from scratch.

Anyone can speak to whether that works better now ?

Yea, I know, but this wonderful nix thing has managed to screw itself up every update for me. So I was curious to hear what you were using :) Cannot say I've been happy with neither nix nor daedalus in that regard.

I'm using POP OS! I got it to work on my laptop but for some reason it won't work on my desktop. I think it might be a RAM issue. Desktop has only 31gb and laptop has 64gb of ram. Nonetheless, I think my desktop meets the minimum requirements so I will send a log to the support desk. Thanks for help
