initiated on Thu, Jun 30, 2022 10:29 AM, which you can clearly see that the
30 day requirement was not meet. That is the reason for the rejected bonus
transaction.

As you can see nexo support told me that the duration of these 2 dates are less than 30 days

As we know the month MAY has 31 days

And if you still don't believe me

I searched this in googe and clicked the third website and I entered these 2 dates with exact time

The results that tis website gave me was :
From: Monday 30 May 2022 20:59
To: Thursday 30 June 2022 10:29
30 days, 13 hours, 30 minutes

I'm pretty sure that Nexo only start counting from the day after you deposit, same as with interest. So your starting day would be 31st May. Also, you took out on the 30th June, so that doesn't count as a full day. Even with that maths, still comes to 30 days, no?

I presume they think you would understand that it doesn't start from the day you deposit

The Welcome Bonus transaction has not been credited to your account, as the 48 hours stated have not passed when you initiated the withdrawal on Jun 30, 2022 10:29 AM. You withdrew your assets before the 48 hour tiemframe, therefore, it looks like you didn't give a chane for the transaction to even appear in your Nexo account.
