Thanks for info, i just wish there was some testing to proof how "fast" the network in. There are assumptions that can be made like a median for dataload and complexity.... But we will see soon i guess :)

You could make several assumptions but it's not going to be known or noticed until dapps and services upgrade that's as simple as it gets, until then everything will perform as before because they aren't using the optimizations / features added. Still doesn't take into account expansion from new dapps that have been waiting. However in previous videos / updates they had spoken about a small group testing their dapp on the test net seeing a 10x improvement. Either way this isn't the final optimization or end of scaling as more are still planned.

Yes i was more referring to internal stress testing, everyone does that ....and yes hydra is the real scaling i think , if i remember it will use sharding but that wont be ready for a long while i suppose

not a real fan of "perfect" environment testing and Hydra will roll out in stages and doesn't generally require a HFC (fork) when ready

there is no "perfect" environment testing, i'm in dev myself leading software projects and we do stress testing and things like that to see how our system holds up. For that you need a data generator which i am sure Cardano team has also. Anyway we will have to wait and see i guess ;)
