Because validators are picked to validate at random

It is due to the way nodes are shuffled in and out of the network. One validator may have a lot of nodes in the concensus group one week anf less the next.

No, the Apr rate shown should be correct on a longer scale, how long have you been staking for ?

For long time. But inorder to follow rewards monthly i claim rewards regularly. So if i am about to claim reward there will be lost reward because of this waiting time? İn my opinion no matter what a higher apr should provide higher reward. İs not this 10 daya unstaking period working for?

No rewards are lost, if a Validator doesn't validate they don't earn rewards, it will balance out as the consensus is random, see above. The 10 days unbonding period is for the security of the network and the Validators themselves. You don't earn rewards during the 10 day unbonding period

Ok if i unstake both at same time. Does it mean now i will get lower reward from the higher apr provider? Or as of when this reward amount will be seen as expected. That shouldnot be 1 year. When we chose who to stake we rely on apr amount.

Go and check your validator stats - they may charge different fee %’s.
