Once its transferred to scam address via malicious contracts or negligence, it cant be reversed back. Thats the intent of those scammers so always check and verify everything.

Pancakeswap is a Dex. It means the platform is decentralize, anybody can list any token by just providing liquidity and use the platform though unofficialy partnered or recorgnize by pancakeswap.

Ah ok.... this is I don't understand while doing a swap ...inside trust I have approve and transfer after each transaction.... which for me are swap since I am on pancake swap...it's a vocabulary problem...so I am a bit lost...I remember trying to swap the first 100....then 663.... ending up into 610....on the other address....

transfer is transfer going to or from other wallet. swap is when u swap tokens in platform

That's the point....I just swapped stzu for usdt inside the platform....but later I learned stzu can only be swapped to bsc

theres no swap transaction with that wallet... only transfer. if there is valid swap transaction then it should reflect via bscscan and with pancakeswap contracts on it

on history, check if theres any website you visited which looks like pancakeswap but not 100% match as pancakeswap.finance . then check its url.

So everything is pancakeswap.finance....but I went also on dextool..... poocoin and simple swap... now I can remember... inside one of those sites....may have been a link to dodo...so you mean I could have made just a transfer on dodo to another address thinking I was making a swap ?

dodo or pancake is a platform, not wallet app. your asset in your wallet—-> you want to swap —> connect your wallet to that platform and swap/stake....you want to transfer: from wallet app—-> transfer token.
