trust wallet to metamask?

It seems every video on YouTube is about importing trust wallet on mobile to mobile version metamask
But my metamask is on PC

Go to settings in trust wallet, click on “i” icon, copy your seedphrase (never share this with anyone) Go to MetaMask, click on import and paste that seedphrase there. Done.
