I'm not sure why your information would reset, unless something has changed locally (different machine, different browser, cleared your cache, etc., for example). But if Fundrs does not recognize that your TIDV is complete, then yes, you'd need to redo that so that you can request access to the Galileo campaign. if you've backed up your KYC report, though, you should be able to restore it. Yes, you can export your report. Because your personal information is stored locally, that means that if you try to access the system via another browser or computer, or if you clear your cache even, the site will no longer recognize that you're done. However, if you've exported your KYC report, you can just import it again.

Happy weekend Marcus and to breakdown for you, you cannot initiate the KYC process with a mobile device because MetaMask on mobile devices does not support encryption or decryption. Mobile phones, while necessary to complete the KYC process, cannot be used to start this process, hence that is the way to go, you can also send us feedback via widget and our Team will make sure to go through it🤝
