I have -10 DUSD interest. I have 100 DUSD in

my wallet and I paid back 1 only. Then why my negative interest is not paid back to me? Now I have a balance of 99 DUSD and 0 interest in vault?

e.g. you borrowed 100, now you have -10 interest, so you have 90 as a loan. then you pay it back, you have 89 as a loan and 99 in your wallet, and the counter resets to 0

yes, it is always being reduced each block

Yes that’s what negative interest does. You are being ‘paid’ by directly reducing the loan, so you have less to pay back.

Thanks this makes sense. DFI is so beaten down so it doesn't make sense to swap to BTC and add to LP
