Is allianceblock still making a new whitepaper? On the old
website they removed the whitepaper and it said the team were working on a new whitepaper which will be released soon but on the new website they no longer say this and have just uploaded the old whitepaper?

Yes, they are still working on updating various papers -- I wish I could tell you when they'll be updated, but I don't have that information. But when they're available, I'm sure there will be an announcement, so we'll make sure to let the community know soonest. : )

Yes, Tony answered it here: https://t.me/allianceblock/428517 Short answer: it's being reworked, and will be less of a roadmap and more of a list of milestones, since transitioning to a DAO makes trying to set schedules not very effective.

Not a roadmap in a classic sense of "events with dates". But there will be a plan. It's just that when people come here asking for a roadmap, it's usually under the understanding that it is a document that lays out the dates on which products or capabilities will be available. That's less predicable when you've got a DAO process.

The milestones will layout what the expected projects are, but they'll be going through the DAO process, which is typically proposal/discussion, testing (if the proposal involves implementing code), and the the vote. In most software implementation cases, the actual voting info will say something about how/when the software will be implemented (immediately, on a certain date, etc.).
