after 20 day you can finalize your guardian and after that , nobody can do transaction without your invisible guardian

Invisible Guardian is a feature in xPortal but it also uses the blockchain If someone gets your 24 words he still won't be able to transfer your funds as you have to provide 2 signatures (the one from the wallet and the one from the guardian), otherwise the transaction won't be executed by the blockchain

The mvx foundation wallet is not related to this But even if xPortal had any problem with the invisible guardian, or the 2FA service on web wallet had problems, in 20 days you could still disable the guardian and use the wallet without 2FA

How can you actıally deactivate invisible guardian...

You will need to access the wallet with your 24 words, then if you don't have the password for your Guardian I guess you will be guided in how to proceed by the app (can't be 100% sure)
