Don't think that they have published any contingency plans or who has the keys to the reserve. We do know that someone has to run the exchange rate oracle and the batchers for Djed to operate. And we do know that there is an update mechanism that allows to move all the ADA locked in Djed to a new contract. Has already happened once: https://adastat.net/transactions/5d9289d888ee442f723c68005ab8c22a43691ad04b1be8d5839c01c4be252214 Best case: IOG has kept the keys, COTI is really just the face for the thing and if COTI goes out, they can just give it to a new operator. Worst case: They run away with the reserve.
