The Faucet tells me that the transaction was successful, and I have a reference number, which looks perfect. However, the money didn't arrive. I've tried to get Nexo to clarify the issue with no success. The Faucet says that the money may have been lost due to a compatibility problem. So, if there were problems, why don't they reverse and return the coins to the Faucet? A definite answer isn't possible. Fortunately, it's not a large amount, but I'm concerned about how it's being handled. Has anyone had issues with withdrawals to Bitcoin Cash on Nexo? Is there no possible solution? I tried converting the address to the new format. I don't understand anything. I appreciate recommendations from anyone. Thank you. 🤔🙏
