Why is NXRA not going to be used for the

data tunnel? Can the team explain what that means for NXRA utility? We were told it would be used for all projects. What the heck is NAI?

So the other benefits to NXRA holders is that it's going to be the first opportunity to exercise their ability to govern via the DAO process (for a given value of priviledges they have).

It’s not though. There now a new DAO with a new required token that I don’t own. This is a terrible value proposition and not a good looks to holders of $NXRA we need some clarity here now

Just stake your NXRA on Fundrs and you get the new token for free. It’s a win win and finally more usecase for the rAlbt token.

NXRA was never meant to be a network token. When initial work on the Data Tunnel took place, the role of NXRA was thought of it as a utility token, for which it's perfect. In recent events, the potential was discovered for full decentralization of the Data Tunnel through it's own decentralized network (and private subnets). We've tried to see how NXRA can fit, but you need proper incentivization to secure a network, which is not possible with NXRA. It was not built for this. NXRA is always the primary focus for AllianceBlock, so to ensure that NXRA holders are not left behind, a SIZABLE swap can be made with your rALBT, not something to miss (and an automatic airdrop for the 4y stakers). You can imagine a strong ongoing symbiotic relationship between NXRA and NAI in the future. This is the first next step for NXRA utility through rALBT, more will follow soon, it's worth it to accumulate rALBT. And no, you don't have to wait a while to collect enough, you can stake NXRA now, lock it for a period, and you get the rALBT upfront ready to spend.

What does a sizable amount mean?

The exact details will be announced soon, but it's not going to be a $50 airdrop kind of thing if you have staked 100K tokens for half a year already for example

I am a bit confused. I staking nxra is the only way to get this new token? Will this new token be listed on a cex or dex in the future so people can get it without having nxra?

This stinks. I own a lot of nxra for a long time but I don’t stake because I don’t care about ralbt and its previous known benefits. So now I lose a lot of nai tokens for the months I didn’t stake and nxra gets dilluted.

But just to reiterate. NXRA won’t be required in the new DataTunnel. For running nodes or whatever?

You need to have proper incentivization to reward nodes for sufficient decentralization (which is important when Nuklai will run on its own network), with most of NXRA supply in circulation, that's not gonna work

So, summarized we can say. 1) there will be a direct financial benefit for NXRA holders through the available swap of ralbt to nai 2) nxra infrastructure, namely NexeraID is an integral part of the new DataTunel. So adaption of the data tunnel will also have a direct effect on nxra tokens 3) possibly additional products will be integrated with the data tunnel ( maybe exchange?)

Why can’t it work? The tokens are divisible ? This is dilution.

Data Tunnel with its own network was never planned or budgeted in like this, so it has nothing to do with our general runway

Why not the team buy back some of the NXRA out of circulation and use it reward nodes? I think it makes more sense and gives more value to the NXRA token… Unless the team is looking for a new way to grab some fresh money ?

The team has always made their position very clear about the burn or buy back mechanisms. It’s a big no for compliance reasons
