The TL;DR is that Nexera, as a whole, is a bunch of different products and services. For example, NexeraID is a trustless identity solution that service providers can use to ensure compliance; the Nexera Exchange is a new service coming online (it is, basically an Exchange, but in its full form is going to allow some pretty useful features, such as tokens being held for an order functioning as a form of staking -- that is, earning rewards while you wait for the order to go through). The full AllianceBlock ecosystem include Fundrs, which is a capital-raising campaign system for projects at any point in their lifecycle, the DeFi terminal for Liquidity Mining and campaigns, and the Data Tunnel, which is a project that's still in devopment.
