Ukraine? Why?
Any admins here who can answer?
Ukraine isn't supported in NexeraID yet. However, I do expect that as more countries come online, we'll see that list shrink.
So it IS supported to stake on fundrs and to participate in 4-year pool but then it comes to utilize all that stuff - it’s not. And what kind of answer it is? It’s not supported….why? I wasn’t warned about this then I staked my ALBT in fundrs. Overwise I would think twice about such move
I am not sure how the 4-year campaign is going to work with regards to tokens yet -- we havevn't gotten the details on that. But I can understand what you're saying here, 100%. Let me pass this to the team!
Let me pass to the team means you will never know why. Great job… So guys beware you can stake and then you’ll want to use your rALbT they will say - sorry you can’t. You’re just waisted your time good luck next time
Actually, this isn't the case. AllianceBlock is very good at taking feedback and providing a response.
Actually I should be warned about such restrictions before! Not 5 days prior to event with my NXRA been staked for a couple of years already
Understood, and I think that's extremely valid feedback.
Okay, I have a clarification for you rABLT holders: NexeraID verification is only required where the spending of tokens is required (i.e., if you are acquiring a ticket with USDT). It will *not* be required for this one-time-only campaign to burn rABLT to acquire NAI. So you'll be able to acquire the tokens and you'll be bypassing the NexeraID verification.
Idk of you aware but for each ticket you need to spend 500 USDT not only burn your rALbT. And “not be required for this one time only campaign” means that next time it’ll be restricted 4sure
0 clarification why Ukraine is in restricted list and why I was not warned about such restriction then I staked my bag
This is if you are purchasing tokens. But that's not what the process will be for this one-time event, which will allow you to burn rABLT for NAI. You are correct, though -- if you want to make purchases in the future, you will likely be restricted, until such time as Ukraine is supported within NexeraID.
Nice bs clarification. What the point of all the team leaders to constantly cheer people to stake on fundrs if you can’t utilize your staking? Constant token sales from team 2 years ago and now this…it’s just…I have no words
I understand why you would feel that way, and also take your point that communication is key; I've made the team aware of your feedback. Fundrs listings have always had restricted country listings, but I do see the point that the situation regarding NAI -- given that it is very novel as compared to the way that other campaigns have worked -- could probably have used some additional and earlier explanation.
Why not just let him swap after launch so he can see the utility of his Rablt?
There's no swapping; it's a one-time burn of rABLT to receive NAI, and he'll be able to partipate in it. That's not the issue: the larger issue is being unable to participate in Fundrs campaigns in the future where you actually *are* buying tokens.
calm down, not the team's fault you reside in Ukraine.
Could probably warn me in prior then it’s was about staking ALBT.
any country can get restricted at any time, not the teams fault
Don’t tell me what I should do, ok? Team was ok with me stake my bag in 4-year pool and on fundrs. 0 worlds about restriction.
yes but as I said above team can't foresee stuff like this, any country can get restricted.
Yeah it was pretty well known that there would be regions not supported to to the compliance part of NexeraID. Pretty sure the USA is also not allowed to participate
correct and before we know it other Eurpoeans countries can get restricted too
I’ve seen a lot of people like you defending ALBT all the time. And then in such situation you just realize they don’t give a dame about you. They deliver a list of restricted countries 5 days prior sale.
Also depends on the token being launched, I’m rpetty sure the team raising (seeker) can restrict it to anyone they want?
I'm just a investor like you but fully aware of the challenges projects are facing to be on the right side of the law, last thing the project needs is a lawsuit.
I am from the United States and have a crap ton of RAblt. I would hope I can participate as well. Seems odd but hopefully I can swap my RAblt for $NAI. It’s a new instrument and there needs to be new rules.
I'm sure there will be more utility to come
Yeah all that I’ve heard before. And was on the same side till today. I understand they will protect them first. But such form of communication is bs. They should have a list of restricted countries available all the time on their web site so each can check it any time. They only said that 4-year stakers will have benefits to stake for such long. You know how many I’ve got (except sudden restriction), that’s right - 0.
So am I to understand anyone with RAblt from restricted country will not be able to swap and burn the RAblt? It would suck but now I am curious
You will be able to burn your rABLT during this one-time burn event and receive NAI, yes, regardless of location.
I understand but that's not possible as new countries are added to list all the time, all depends on the laws within that country.
Not possible ? It’s a joke right? They are able to deliver all this products but to have an actual list (and update it) is not possible. Funny
Have you seen the list btw? Ok I understand why USA. I understand Russia and Belarus. But Ukraine, why tf? The ONLY European country in that list.
Did you consider the fact that Ukraine was not restricted when you staked, and became so just lately? Don't dump your frustrations on mods.
Should Belarusians who fight for Ukraine also be banned? Or should Russians who live in the European Union and help Ukraine also be banned? Are these restrictions based on place of residence or citizenship? can you explain it to me?
I’m not a regulator to explain anything. Ask those who sanctioned Belorussian state for taking part in a brutal war in the center of Europe.
It’s a pity that your government does not impose sanctions against Lukashenko... I don't want to talk about politics
