for US residents obviously correct?
With regards to Brillion wallet: there is no region block on Brillion itself, but if a protocol that you want to interact with requires that you are not from the US, you will have to proof that you are not from there, which can be done from the Brillion wallet. So blocks like this will be from a third party protocol or dApp, not from Brillion itself.
What would that look like. So brillion is a web 3 wallet that will connect like metamask?
Yes, just so it's a smart wallet app -- there are visuals and a description here: https://brillion.finance/ And Brillion has their own Telegram channel also: https://t.me/brillionfi The wallet makes use of NexeraID for situations in which KYC is required.
