Fundrs is an excellent application for companies in any point in their lifecycle to attract investment. I'm not sure I follow correctly, but I can tell you that AllianceBlock has a terrific tool called "Fundrs", which you can check out via https://www.fundrs.app -- it's a system that allows any blockchain company to set up a capital raising round, and it's not just limited to startups. : )
