Anyone has done the kyc? Its seems impossible here, tried

change the lighting, change the camera, even uploading focus and clear image still got me an error of "document scan failed", I also upload scanned document (not a photo), still declined with ghe same error.

I use the same document in many kyc and have no problem so far, the team should check the kyc system, I'm on the point of thingking about giving up now and just put my money on something else.
