mean i need to move them to nexare exchange to stake and qualify for rewards?

It isn't a stake-NXRA-for-NXRA campaign, no, and from my understanding of it, it's not fully live in the Exchange yet as a feature. The quote is: "Traders will have the opportunity to earn a percentage of the trading fees, creating a mutually beneficial environment for both participants and the ecosystem as a whole. A key feature of this incentivization process is the addition of a stability staking pool where a portion of the trading fees from the exchange will be added to the campaign. Users with NXRA can stake in this pool and gain the trading fees as rewards on a continuous basis." I cannot tell you when this will go live -- the most recent announcement (just today) is about the competition that'll be happening on the Nexera Exchange (and there's a NXRA prize pool, but this is something different than what we're talking about right here). : )
