On the Nuklai topic, my mind keeps coming back to

"What is Nuklai without Nexera?"

My decision above stands. I will submit a DAO proposal on Thursday to enforce an RFP & bidding process to put control over the Data Tunnel back in the hands of investors and DAO members.

If the AMA doesn't address this, my mission is to remove Nuklai as the nepotism choice for Nexera.

If they aren't us, then they shouldn't be allowed to raise and become our official partner until proper due diligence and deliberation has been conducted.

It's our job as a DAO ecosystem to discuss and navigate these topics. Bound to fail? Sure. Won't argue. Unnecessary? What is a DAO without deliberation?

Incorrect. It's not a hostile takeover. It's saying that partner/vendor decisions should be a process, not a shoe-in.

So to recap it relates to the decision making going forward and not retrospectively trying to change the decisions made. Sounds fair.

Correct. Nuklai already happened ambushed investors. Can't go back. But if corrections aren't made, then it is very reasonable for the Nexera DAO to decide that Nuklai doesn't get to automatically be our partner like they're special or something. Make them submit an RFP or a DAO proposal to us on why Nexera should even be wasting time on Nuklai.
