"Tech Support" option at the bottom of the page -- note: no one will DM you in response to doing this, so anyone claiming to do this is a scammer. This will get you into direct communication with support.
But if I could ask you a couple of questions in particular: what browser are you using, on what operating system, and are you using a VPN?

Gotcha, thank you -- I'll pass that along. I don't know of any specific issues with Brave, and if the transaction actually went through, it should be there. The only other issues I know of off the top of my head is interference with other wallet interfaces (especially Exchange ones), but I don't think that this would prevent the Exchange from showing you your order (usually, these issues prevent connection in the first place, or they interfere with your ability to approve a contract), so I don't think this is it.
