You claim your rALBT on the network you are staking from. Flexible staking requires you to claim the accumulated rewards. If you lock you will get it instantly without having to claim. If you have staked on ETH you claim your rALBT on ETH and have to bridge it to AVAX for this particular sale. Does this help? 🙏🏻
