Until we get more context, I will be voting "No"

on AB-NXRA-7.

If Project Zero is an independent project seeking to provide services to Nexera, that's great.

But it makes no sense for Nexera to fund the R&D of another product that we don't own.

If Project Zero needs $300k - $400k to reach product-market fit and build a competitive product, then Nexera should be deploying that money as an investment at a fair valuation and own a % Project Zero.

At this stage, AB-NXRA-7 is unreasonable. Nexera would be taking on all the risk to fund (up front) the R&D of a private company's product while gaining 0% interest in any of thay R&D.

We already pay to be their customer. Now we're funding them so we can then pay them more?

I need justifcation or it's a "No" from me.
