assuming that this ‘hyper-vigilance and review and testing’ isn’t going on behind the scenes? Does the team need to consistently put update upon update to ensure people don’t get emotional? Have you thought that potentially the team are non stop working and therefore being active 24/7 to answer questions with a fudding sentiment are not top priority? Just food for thought 😁
What do updates have to do with this? Just don't make these mistakes in the first place.
We’re really far from “don’t let these happen”, anything about this is empty words and adds no value, as the only thing you can do after an incident like this is react to it
