an opinion or speculation must mark it as such in the same message.
Anyone who makes a claim must always give a reason and the source of information (social media not allowed, without exception).
Anyone who sticks to it is not a fudster. Everyone else is going to hell. How about this? Should be handled with absolute nomercy.

Well, if you stick to the rule, you can say anything you want. Just you would have to set speculation/opinion tag. Otherwise there will be a source and you name it. Would be no censorship, just a blocker of bs and manipulation.
