Hey I have problem when trying to create my NFT

seller account, at the Complete profile step (final step I guess), after I did choose my profile name, I have the "Submitting NFT to contract and confirming User Name and Team." window, saying it costs 0.5 cake. I enabled the contract but when I click on "Confirm" I have a error window saying "Error : Please try again. Confirm the transaction and make sure you are paying enough gas!". The problem is that I don't event my metamask window that is opening so I can't even set the gas fees to a diferent value to increase them ... I have 1 Cake and several BNB in my wallet so everything should go well ... Is it a know issue and is there an easy solution ?

And re-type, then wait. - If that doesn’t work, reload the page and retry.

Hey admins, who should I contact for some support ? Creating a NFT account on PCS was not working for me on last step (see quoted message) when doing it from my ledger nano (with latest firmware/latest ethereum app/ tested on 3 browser : Chrome/Brave and Firefox and with 2 wallets plugins to connect to my ledger : metamask and Binance Wallet). I tried with the hot wallet created on metamask, and it worked straight ! Could someone in the support team check why it's not working from a ledger and correct the issue ? I'm using MacOS 10.15.6 BTW
