The spam filtering/tool for users and posts seems a little

aggressive? 🤔

One user who posted a question got removed. So was another user who said "Hello".

I'm not so concerned about legit questions being deleted, but legit newbie users get banned from this chat group, then they don't have a reliable place for PCS related questions, and have a high chance of being scammed.

Perhaps can consider using a bot to mute (24h, 1 week, perma) users instead of banning.

Did you ever think the questions you see comes from SPAM SCAM accounts? They are banned to protect legit users such as yourself? If a comment is removed or a user is banned, it is to PROTECT the channel from SCAMMERS, protect the user-base from the SCAM SCUM BUMs that infest this channel. So, unless you fully understand what is happening, don't worry about it. We work hard to keep the channel clean of bad actors. It is NOT an easy task.
