No need for a hard cap, we need a emmissions reduction and a few extra burning mechanism. Lower the apy on the cake pools and some of the farms, if we get to a point where we burn more than we mint, the price will go up. If we pay less cake on farms but the value of the token is higher, the APRs remain simillar and we all win. Auto cake lose a bit on the APR but will benifit from the token apreciation and farmers will get simillar value with less tokens
